Dr. Charles Combs, President and Director

Charles has served as President and board member for the Norfolk Aggie Foundation since its inception in 2016.


He is also an Educational Consultant and Board President of Arts|Learning, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the Arts in Massachusetts K-12 schools. Prior to his retirement, he served as Chair of the Liberal Arts Department at Berklee College of Music.


Before coming to Berklee, he was Associate Professor at Plymouth State University (NH). Additionally, during the 1980s, he was also a Senior Lecturer in Lesley University’s Creative Arts in Learning graduate program.


Prior to coming to New England, Dr. Combs taught at the Secondary level in California, the University of Oregon, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received his Ph.D. in Theatre & Drama, Educational Psychology, and Curriculum & Instruction.


Jason Hockman, Clerk and Director


Jason Hockman is presently the Clerk and a Board Member of the Norfolk Aggie Foundation. Jason is an Alumni of the Norfolk County Agricultural High School majoring in Agricultural and Diesel Mechanics and began working in the family business upon graduation, and eventually took over the family business.


Jason is currently the President and Owner of his own business started over twenty years ago. J. Hockman, Inc., is an Excavating and Septic Services company. Providing services to residents and businesses located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.


Jason’s time as a student at the Aggie prepared him for his life after graduation, and he is passionate about giving back to the Aggie and hopes that today’s students can leave the Aggie ready for their next challenges too.


Eileen Czyrklis, Treasurer and Director


Eileen Czyrklis is presently the Treasurer and a Board Member for the Norfolk Aggie Foundation.


Eileen is a retired faculty member at the Norfolk County Agricultural High School, and spent seventeen years as a Math Teacher. She is passionate about still assisting the students at the Aggie especially those that are graduating with scholarship and new business opportunities as well as providing Teachers with grants to expand their classroom activities.


Eileen served as the Class Advisor at the Aggie for twelve years, and served as President of the American Federation of Teachers Local 2235 for five years, and Treasurer for several years thereafter.



Nicole M. Forsyth, M. Ed, MRP


Nicole is presently a Board Member of the Norfolk Aggie Foundation, representing the vocational department

at Norfolk Aggie.

Nicole has been a Plant Science Instructor since 2015. She graduated from Norfolk Aggie in 2010, and went on

to the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at UMass Amherst for an Associates Degree in Landscape Contracting

(2012), as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design, with a minor in Horticulture (2014), and a

Masters in Regional Planning, focusing on Landscape & Environmental Planning from UMass (2015) as well.

Upon her employment at the school, she went on to earn a Masters in Education, Curriculum and Teaching from

Fitchburg State (2019).

Nicole is also a landscape designer for a local company, BC Murphy Landscape in Walpole, and believes in

staying current in the industry, and giving back to the Aggie Community. She does so by engaging industry

professionals in the vocational Advisory Board, and organizing events and donations to strengthen the

vocational program at the school. Nicole started the Cultivating Career Scholarship program a few years ago,

which supports students in their endeavors in the Green Industry.
