How Do Students Learn About the School?
Students and parents have several opportunities to learn about
our school:
• Attend Open House in October
• Call us at (508) 668-0268 Ext. 399 for a program
CD and application.
• Attend a presentation about NCAHS at your school.
How Do Students Apply to the School?
1. Call for an APPLICATION or click
here and print it.
2. Complete and sign the application.
3. Send the completed application to:

4. Attend a half-day mandatory Admissions Program. You will
be invited to attend one of these monthly programs. You will
receive information about the school, spend time in our programs,
and complete a career interest inventory.
5. We will request your records from your school after
the 2nd term.
6. If you live outside of Norfolk County, we will issue a
Non-Resident Tuition Form prior to April 1st.
How Are Students Selected?
1. Students who complete an application and attend a mandatory
Admissions Program will be considered for admission once all
school records are received.
Admission Criteria:
2. We review each applicant's:
• Scholastic record (grades from this year and last
year)
• Attendance (this year and last year)
• Discipline and Conduct record (this year and last
year)
• Sending School recommendation
• Interview
3. Each applicant is scored, and we accept students based
on the highest to lowest score.
4. Students may be accepted or they will be placed on a waiting
list.
5. Students will be accepted from the waiting list, as space
becomes available.
6. Students who do not meet the minimum requirements may reapply
the following year.
7. Students who are accepted must participate in a Placement
Testing Program in June. This testing helps everyone to select
the right high school courses.
