Our History:
Organized in October 2003, we quickly went to work applying
for and receiving federal non-profit tax status. We also wrote
a mission and by-law statement. Our main objective for forming
was to give back to the Norfolk County Agricultural High School
in appreciation for all they do for our students.
Our Mission:
The Aggie Parent Network’s mission is
to enrich the educational experience for our students as well
as support the teachers, staff and administration of our school.We
work together to achieve the following objectives
a. To promote the welfare of children in home, school and
community.
b. To enrich the educational experience for our children.
c. To bring into closer relations, the home and school that
parents and teachers cooperate freely in the education of
children.
d. To support the teachers and staff at of the school.
Our successes:
1. Returned $5,577.36 to teachers in the form of grants to
improve the programs at the Aggie.
2. Purchased the schools first defibrillator for $2,257.70
3. Donated $1,200 to the classes towards their future graduation
expenses.
4. Presented the graduating seniors (2 years) with graduation
pins.
5. Hosted the freshmen orientation cook-out.
6. Presented each staff member at the Aggie with an appreciation
gift.
Our Major Fundraisers:
1. Our school clothing, Fall and Spring sales.
2. Glow stick sales at Haunted Halloween Hayride last 2 weekends
in October.
3. Annual craft fair held in November.
4. Annual comedy night held in March.
Our Volunteer Projects:
1. Provide adult help at the Haunted Halloween Hayride in
October.
2. Assist with Open House in October.
3. Sponsor and assist with freshmen orientation in June.
4. Provide adult assistance at any school function as required

The Aggie Parent Network is
a parent group dedicated to supporting the Norfolk County
Agricultural High School.
The Aggie Parent Network executive
board consists of four officers; president, vice-president,
secretary, & treasurer.
In May the Parent Network will be losing three officers due
to their son’s/daughter’s will be graduating.
Presently the Parent Network is looking for parents to replace
the president, secretary and treasurer.
Parent’s without your
support the Aggie Parent Network cannot continue. Please think
about being involved in your teen’s high school. The
Parent Network meets once a month September through May. Also,
the Parent Network has fundraising events and helps support
the school with their events as needed. Please think about
becoming an officer and supporting the Norfolk County Agricultural
High School.

Meetings:
February 6th, March 5th, April 2nd,
May 7th
Meetings begin at 6:30pm in the school library.
Our next event
is Comedy Night. This will be held on March 8th at the Norwood
Elks, 7:00-11:00pm. This is a fun-filled evening, please join
us! Admission is $20.00pp. Bring your friends!
We are currently accepting donations for our raffle baskets.
Do you own your own business? Are you an artist, crafter,
or collector? Do you have contacts in the entertainment or
sports fields? Remember-donations are tax-deductible. Thank
you for making this event a success.
